You can simply return or exchange products as per the below conditions. You can raise a replacement request on the Website or by calling our Customer Service team at +8801711003550 or chat with us at EverestFoods. A user may return any product during the time of delivery or on the same delivery day.

Here are the conditions for returning any items:

  • Delivering the wrong product to customers.
  • If products are found damaged during delivery.
  • If the product is not the same as described on the website
  • If customers have received any product with the wrong quality and quantity.
  • The product is delivered in an unhealthy/unexpected condition.

You have to inform EverestFoods about returning the product within the same delivery day.

Refund Policy:

EverestFoods is always trying to deliver the best product to the customers within the scheduled time. But if we are unable to provide or deliver the product, we will notify you within 12 hours. If the service, that EverestFoods fails to complete, requires any refund, it will be done within 7 Days after our acknowledgment.

The refund payment can be done under 2 conditions:

  • If the customer cancels the order (Full or Partial) after payment
  • If EverestFoods is not able to fulfill the order or if the products are discontinued by EverestFoods

Refund Process:

  • To Apply for a refund customer has to contact at the helpline +8801711003550.
  • After receiving the refund request from the customer, EverestFoods Team will take 7 days to process the necessary verification and complete the refund process.
  • If the refund amount is below Tk 10,000, the refund amount will be disbursed through the bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
  • If the refund amount is above Tk. 10,000 EverestFoods will issue an account payee cheque to the customer.
